You might've heard of The Queen’s Green Canopy (QGC), a new plan to ‘plant a tree for the Jubilee’. In honour of the Queen’s 70 years on the throne, local groups and individuals, business and schools will be planting trees.

Three Optivo homes in your local area – Servite House, Old Oscott Hill and Milnes Walker Court – are planning to join in too.

They will be planting on 25 and 27 May and we’ll be posting pictures of the event once it’s happened on here. If you want to find out more about the national event, and other ways to celebrate, then we’ve got plenty of information and ideas here: link to article.
