These will be a mix of affordable rent, Shared Ownership and outright market sale.

The £50.1m scheme will include an open space of 1.85 hectares featuring a play area and ornamental orchid, ensuring the scheme is in keeping with its surroundings.

Construction started in May 2019. By March 2021, 35 open market sale homes, 12 Shared Ownership homes and three affordable rent homes had already completed. Work continues to deliver the remaining homes.
