Planned works programme update

We restarted our planned works programme following updated guidance from the government.

These works include:
  • Kitchen replacements
  • Roof replacements
  • Bathroom replacements
  • New windows
  • New doors
  • Boiler replacements.
Mandatory electrical testing is also due in some homes.

We will contact our residents, who are due any of these works, by telephone and in writing.

This is to keep everybody updated about our plans and when the works will be carried out.


Visiting homes and keeping you safe

We know you’ll have concerns relating to the Coronavirus pandemic. We’d like to reassure you our staff and contractors are following the Government guidance and safe operating procedures.

Depending on the type of works, our contractors will ask you to stay in a different room or keep a distance of two metres or more from them while they’re working in the property.

The number of operatives in your home will be kept to a minimum at all times.

At the end of each working day, the working area and surfaces will be cleaned with antibacterial wipes.

The operatives will wear suitable protective wear when in your property.

Our project surveyors and resident liaison officers will be available to contact at any time if you’ve any concerns. This will be provided when we phone and call you.

Remember, if you're self isolating and we’re due to visit your home it’s critical you let us know beforehand. This is vital for the safety of our staff and others.
