We're running a fun 6 week wellbeing session for all ages which you can take part in from the comfort of your home. 

Fit By Phone: Mindfulness is a 6-part course delivered over the telephone that helps participants feel less stressed and more in control of their emotions and mental well-being.

Participants will dial a free phone number and connect to a group of up to 6 people to form a telephone group.

The course invites participants to share their experiences anonymously as they are given tools to diffuse difficult situations, cultivate positive emotions, and reconnect with themselves. The topics covered in the course involve breathing exercises, an introduction to mindfulness, posture and different ways to meditate.
