Emergency Works at Lansdowne Green

From Tuesday 2 March emergency repair work will be carried out on the Lansdowne Green Estate (Lambeth) to fix a major drain collapse deep underground on the estate.

Urgent repairs are needed to rectify this. These works are likely to cause some to disruption to the estate and in particular Sumner Court and Tait Court. In some locations parking spaces will need to be closed off in order to access the areas that need repair.

We’re sorry and apologise for any inconvenience this caused to local residents.

In order to progress repairs and minimise disruption for our residents the work has been handed over to Thames Water, who will be working with their sub-contractor Lanes to resolve the problem.
