MyAccount App issue (Android only) - April 2023 update

We’re aware of an issue preventing users of our MyAccount mobile App from logging in successfully on Android devices. The MyAccount App is working as normal on Apple iOS devices.
If you’re affected by this issue you can still can still report repairs or make payments to us via our MyAccount website: https://myaccount.optivo.org.uk/ (please note the login and password for our MyAccount website is separate to the login you have for our App, so you may need to register and verify if using for the first time).
