Postal Update

With the ongoing lockdown putting pressure on national postal services, we’re experiencing some delays with our post.
 
If you’re waiting for a letter from us, or have sent us something we’ve not yet responded to, be aware this could take a little longer than usual. We understand Royal Mail are working through the backlog but there may be delays of up to three weeks.

We’re doing everything we can to keep our residents informed and up to date. To prevent interruptions to our service, we’ll email or call you where we can.
