Update on Direct Debit issue

We are aware of an issue with Allpay Direct Debits that may be affecting some customers.

In some cases, Direct Debit payments have been taken out twice in error (not all customers will be affected).

Please don't amend your Direct Debit collection schedule.

Most residents have already been refunded this morning and it's likely refunds will be completed today (Friday 8 September).  Please rest assured anyone affected will be refunded in full by Allpay by Monday (11 September) at the latest.  Allpay will also resolve any bank charges customers might get.

If you are affected and are unable to wait until Monday for your refund to be issued, please contact AllPay directly on 0844 225 5729 and they will be able to advise further.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this and will continue to look into this matter as a priority.
