We're now using PayPoint

From 1 April 2022 we switched from Allpay to PayPoint as our rent and service charge payment provider.

We know paying and keeping track of your rent and other charges is important to you. We want to reassure you that it’s still simple for you to make a payment to us.

The great news is that with PayPoint you have more flexibility and control over your account and feel confident your rent or other charges are paid.

If you pay by Direct Debit, Standing Order, by phone or via MyAccount you don’t need to make any changes to the way you pay.  

Ways to pay:

Our direct debits are still with Allpay. You can call our Income Team and we’ll be able to set one up for you. All direct debits will move over to Paypoint in the future automatically and you’ll be notified when this happens.

You can make an automated payment via our automated telephone payment line. This is still with Allpay and you’ll need your 19-digit Allpay number.

You can now pay via MyAccount using Paypoint.

You’ll need to register to make a payment (this is not your MyAccount log in details) or use the ‘Pay Now’ option without registering. For MyAccount you’ll need your 8-digit tenancy reference. If you don’t know it give us a call and we’ll provide you with it.

We can now send you a link to your mobile for you to make a one-off payment online with Paypoint. Call us and we can get this arranged.

Our Optivo Paypoint App is now available. For this you’ll need your 19-digit Paypoint pin and 8-digit tenancy reference. If you don’t know these details call us and we can give them to you

For your nearest Paypoint outlet, please check https://consumer.paypoint.com

If you need a rent card let us know and we can order one for you. You’ll not be able to use the Paypoint rent card at the Post Office.

We’re not setting up reoccurring card payments at the moment. If you already have one set up, this will continue for now. We’ll contact you again to update details.

For the reference please use your 8-digit tenancy number so that we can allocate payment to your account.

You can call us and we’ll take the payment with you over the phone. Please have your bank card details available.

What has changed for me?

From 1 April 2022 the Allpay app is no longer available to make payments to us. You need to download the new PayPoint app to your smartphone or tablet instead.

From 1 April 2022 you can no longer pay at the Post Office as this isn’t covered by PayPoint.

If you want to pay in person, you’ll need to use a PayPoint location instead. You can search online for a convenient PayPoint location. You can do that here

If you’ve not already received your new card, you’ll need to request a new rent payment card to use at these locations when making a payment. Give us a call or email: contactus@optivo.org.uk

You can download the Optivo PayPoint app here:


Once you’ve registered you can use the app to make a payment at any time. The app will even securely store your information and payment details, saving you time in the future.
