Getting great value for money is a continuous process of balancing ‘what we want’ with ‘how much we're happy to pay for it’.
We know delivering great performance and high quality standards comes at a price. The challenge is reducing cost implications where we can; not cutting our high standards or allowing services to drop.
Coronavirus update:
We’re following government guidance to limit the spread of coronavirus and so some of our staff will be working remotely, away from our offices.
As the majority of our purchase ledger team are working remotely we will only be able to process and pay electronic invoices. Please email all invoices to purchase.ledger@optivo.org.uk.
Tendering opportunities:
We treat suppliers fairly with equal access to all tendering opportunities. We advertise all our tenders on the My Tenders website and Contracts Finder.
Safety Schemes in Procurement:

We're a supporter member of Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP), an umbrella organisation of members providing health and safety assessment schemes to contractors.
We require our contractors to attain and maintain their SSIP status to ensure they satisfy the established core criteria. Want to know more? You can find out here
